From Mike: We here at Advanced Systems Co. we install a wide variety of outdoor heaters and I feel as though this Sunstar heater is one of the best heaters on the market today. Simple install, wiring is striaght forward, standard 1/2″ gas line, strong well made brackets and packing is done right to prevent shipping damage. 

I personally installed two of the 316 Marine Grade, Two-Stage with remote control version on my own home and I am extremely impressed and love them. They burn hot so I am glad I have the option of High 35,000 Btu and Low 24,000 Btu temp option. The difference between the High and low is amazing and just right.

Hands down in my opinion the best ceramic patio heater out there and priced well.
